1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:

The day you receive the goods; or
The day a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods on your behalf.

You may use a clear written statement. We will acknowledge receipt of your request.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract:

We will reimburse all payments received from you
Including standard delivery costs (excluding upgraded shipping options)
Within 14 days from the date we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Return Conditions

Goods must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Original packaging is recommended but not mandatory if the product is returned in proper condition.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For voluntary withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is covered by us.

5. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold to EU consumers are covered by a minimum 2-year legal guarantee under Directive (EU) 2019/771.

UK consumers benefit from statutory protections under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a product is defective or not as described, you are entitled to:

Repair
Replacement
Price reduction
Refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)

This guarantee is separate from and in addition to the 14-day withdrawal right.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom or personalized products
Sealed goods not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened
Gift cards

To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.
